Hair transplant in Rochdale
Our clinic is in Bury, not Rochdale — Hilton House, Irwell Street, BL9 0HZ, about seven miles west. The two towns are neighbours, so the only thing worth writing a page about is the journey and the year of follow-ups that comes after it.
Rochdale to Bury by road
The A58 runs west out of Rochdale through Heywood and into Bury. Roughly seven miles, usually twenty to twenty-five minutes off-peak, and it avoids the motorway network entirely.
The M62 is close to Rochdale but it is the wrong tool here. It would take you south-west to the M60 and back north up the M66 — further than the road you started on, and no faster outside the peak.
Both on the tram, not on the same line
Rochdale and Bury are both on the Metrolink, which sounds convenient and is not. Rochdale's trams run into Manchester by way of Oldham; Bury's run in from the north. The two lines meet at Manchester Victoria, so a tram trip between towns seven miles apart goes into the city centre and back out.
Rochdale station has the same shape of problem: the Calder Valley line takes you to Victoria, where you would change onto the tram anyway. Between the two town centres, the bus or the car is the sensible choice.
Coming by tram anyway? Allow a good deal longer each way and tell us when you book, so we can place your appointment accordingly.
What the first appointment is
A free hair analysis with Dr Meena Zareie (GMC 7722917) or Dr Asfa Hussain (GMC 7727403, MRCSEd). No obligation, no sales pressure, and a fixed price written down before you commit to anything.
Prices start from £3,500 for 1,000–1,600 grafts, £4,500 for 1,600–2,400 and £5,500 for 2,400–3,000+. You pay one price for the whole procedure, not per graft, which removes any incentive to inflate the graft count.
The follow-ups decide this
Reviews run in person through to the twelve-month result and are part of the price. A Rochdale patient can be back at the clinic and home again inside an hour, which is the practical difference between a follow-up plan and a follow-up plan that happens.
That is the real comparison with a package abroad. The price gap is genuine; so is what it buys, and we set the two out side by side on the cost page rather than asking you to take our word for it.

No. There is one clinic, in Bury — Hilton House, Irwell Street, BL9 0HZ, about seven miles west of Rochdale on the A58.
Can I get the tram from Rochdale to Bury?
Not directly. Rochdale is on the Oldham line and Bury is the end of a different one, so you would change at Manchester Victoria. Driving the A58 is much quicker.

Typically twenty to twenty-five minutes off-peak, through Heywood on the A58. Add time for the morning rush.
What does it cost?
