What the day looks like
It starts with a free hair analysis — no obligation, and no sales pressure. Dr Meena Zareie (GMC 7722917) or Dr Asfa Hussain (GMC 7727403, MRCSEd) assesses your donor area, agrees a plan with you and writes down a fixed price before you commit to anything. Both registration numbers can be checked on the GMC public register.
On the day of the procedure we treat one patient at a time. The doctor designs the hairline and carries out the surgical steps; our senior technicians assist with graft preparation and placement. You are awake and comfortable under local anaesthetic, and you go home the same day.
What it costs
Hair transplants start from £3,500 for 1,000–1,600 grafts, £4,500 for 1,600–2,400 and £5,500 for 2,400–3,000+. Beard transplants start from £2,500 and eyebrow transplants from £2,400. These are guide figures — the binding fixed price follows your free hair analysis, because the honest number depends on your donor area and the zones you want covered.
You pay one price for the whole procedure, not per graft. That removes any incentive to inflate the graft count.
Why aftercare is the real argument for staying local
The reason to have this done in Greater Manchester rather than abroad is not the surgery day — it is the twelve months afterwards. Your reviews are scheduled in person through to the final result, and if something needs checking at week three you come in, rather than sending a photograph to another country.
